Banner have been designing and building hose assembly machines in
our factory in Bedford, England from 1978 and we are proud of our
reputation as suppliers of competitively priced top quality
equipment. Since that time the company has developed and expanded
the range and now supplies many major companies around the world.
Our wide range of equipment covers nearly all aspects of hydraulic
hose assembly from portable hose preparation equipment for use with
manually operated compact ‘on the spot’ repair presses such as the
BS16H through to fast production semi automatic computer controlled
machines such as the 2” R13(DN50) BS32HDF.
Banner Fluid Power also produce a wide range of special purpose swaging
machines, crimping machines suitable for high speed production,
distributor and workshop use, 12 volt mobile machines, hose cutting
machines and skiving tools for hydraulic hose assembly, control cable
and wire rope, tubular component assembly, bullet swaging and nut
crimping.
