The BS 20F series
machine in their various forms offer twin bent stem capacity from
-04(DN6) to -20(DN32) multi-spiral as standard. This can be
increased to -24(DN38) and -32(DN50) 1 and 2 wire with 2 sets of
extra dies if required. With features such as hands-free foot
control, adjustable preset retraction and a variety of options this
rapid cycling machine is ideal for the fast assembly of hydraulic
hoses, control cables and many tube manipulation requirements over
extended production runs where unvarying accuracy is vital. Extras
include oil cooling, automate controller and quick change die
tooling.

Similar in
appearance and operation to the 20F, the 32F offers a larger
capacity with twin bent stem capacity from -04(DN6) to -32(DN50)
multi-spiral as standard. The 32F also offers features common to the
20F such as hands-free foot control, adjustable preset retraction
and a variety of options. Extras included oil cooling, automate
controller and quick change die tooling.

Assembling large
bore 6wire hoses can be difficult and hazardous so the foot control
and adjustable retraction fitted to the 32-50HDF offer a safe
solution. For workshops, maintenance and distributor use where the
assembly of 6 wire hoses from -04(DN6) to -232(DN50) are regularly
required making this machine ideal for servicing the construction,
mining and marine industries where larger bore high pressure hoses
are required. Available with a choice of 1ph or 3ph motors. Oil
cooling and quick change die tooling are also available.

The 20NCF offers
fast and accurate nut crimping and small bore hose assembly over
long production runs. The foot control, adjustable retraction,
adjustable location stop and rapid cycle times plus the capacity to
nut crimp and pre-assemble fittings from-04(DN6) up to -32(DN50) BSP
combine to make this the machine of choice for fitting distributors
and other special purpose applications.
