The BS300-32 Nut crimper will attach nuts from 03 (DN4) though to 32(DN50) BSP nuts as well as pre-assemble one piece fittings. Pre-brazing positioning of bent stem fittings is a further application of this versatile machine. The BS 300-32 can also be used for small bore one piece wire braid tubular component assembly. Setting is simplicity itself. Simply dial in the required diameter. Bolt in dies are used to ensure both reliability and repeatability over long production runs. The manually controlled BS300-32M version utilises the foot pedal to control both the die closing and opening. The automated BS300-32A version, complete with adjustable retraction timer, will cycle though a predetermined close and opening movement with one touch of the foot pedal control minimizing the risk of operator error over long production runs. Adjustable stops and the full 8 sets of dies 03 (DN4) to 32(DN50) are supplied as standard. An extra oversize head is also available if required for special purpose applications and use with extra large fittings.
